I just saw this on a news special today which makes me an expert on the subject who knows all about it. This might possibly be old news...however....a bunch of crap is messing with dudes fertility, and apparently screwing with unborn males. Sorry if it's old news.
Apparently over the past 100 years we've created thousands of chemicals, and not realized what the problems would be down the road.
So they were saying that men are being affected by chemicals the most, and that sperm count has been reduced significantly. Unborn males can be affected by these chemicals and it could and can kill them.
One of these chemicals is plastic and the varying types of plastic.
Apparently just touching plastic....can screw with your balls.
The developed world is quite chemical dependent, as we use chemicals for scents, to make fire-proofing, to harden or soften things, etc.
All this equates to primarily messing with males.
Since I saw this on the news...finding an internet equivalent was a bit difficult since it was a special however.

Says basically how chemicals are screwing us up, but doesn't exactly touch on how it's killing unborn males, and how some of these chemicals are used in hospitals in everyday practice...

Eh, everything causes male sterility. Heat from laptops, radiation in many forms, strong electrical/magnetic fields, chemicals, etc etc.

As for decreasing size... I highly doubt that. That article is poorly written and is a laugh. Please... don't believe everything you read on the intrawebz.

Decreases the size of unborn males.
In that if you have a kid, he'd be lacking, due to the effects of chemicals on you, and then if the mother is affected by these negative chemicals, thus harming the childs potential growth.

If I remember on the news.
Some soaps (not all) can also screw with your nuts.
